Terms of Service

Rules for accessing and using WikiHere websites, accounts, tools, and community features.

Effective 8 August 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to wikihere.com, WikiHere game wikis, tools, accounts, and community features. By using the service, you agree to these terms and any policy linked from them.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional terms may apply to a particular wiki, tool, promotion, or paid feature.

Accounts

  • Provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
  • WikiHere may require email verification, additional verification, or moderator approval before enabling contribution privileges.
  • Accounts, usernames, avatars, or profiles may not impersonate another person or misrepresent authority.

Permitted use

You may read public pages, use public tools, link to pages, and contribute where the interface permits.

  • Do not disrupt, overload, probe, bypass, or interfere with the service or its security controls.
  • Do not scrape, reproduce, mirror, resell, or extract substantial parts of WikiHere except with written permission or as expressly allowed by law.
  • Do not submit malicious code, spam, unlawful material, deceptive claims, or content that violates another person's rights.
  • Do not evade blocks, rate limits, page protection, moderation, or access restrictions.

Content and tools

Game information changes and may contain errors. WikiHere does not guarantee that any page, calculation, build, price, route, outcome, or recommendation is complete or current.

Use of the service is at your own risk. WikiHere may change, suspend, remove, or restrict any feature or content where reasonably necessary.

Contributions

A contribution is governed by the Contributor Agreement in effect when it is submitted. You must have the rights needed to submit it.

WikiHere may edit, review, reject, revert, preserve, or remove contributions and may protect pages or restrict contribution privileges.

Enforcement

WikiHere may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate access for violations, security risks, legal requirements, repeated low-quality submissions, or conduct that harms the service or its users.

Where appropriate, moderation decisions may be appealed under the Moderation and Appeals Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. WikiHere disclaims warranties that are not required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, WikiHere is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of data, loss of profit, or reliance on game information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

Questions about these terms may be sent to legal@wikihere.com.
