How WikiHere monitors availability, errors, performance, and incidents.

Monitoring

WikiHere monitors public availability, response errors, certificate validity, server capacity, application failures, and selected performance measures. Alerts are routed to the operator for investigation.

Incident handling

  • Confirm the affected hostname, routes, region, and user impact.
  • Protect data and prevent further damage before restoring optional features.
  • Restore service from a known working release or backup when required.
  • Record the cause, response, recovery, and follow-up action for material incidents.

Reporting a problem

Send the affected page address, approximate time, observed error, and device or browser details to support@wikihere.com. Do not include passwords, authentication tokens, or other secrets.
