Contributor Agreement

Acceptance

This agreement applies to text, structured facts, edits, images, files, comments, reports, and other material submitted to WikiHere. The submission interface will record the agreement version accepted with the account and submission.

Rights granted to WikiHere

To the extent permitted by law, you assign to WikiHere all transferable right, title, and interest in the original parts of your contribution when it is submitted and accepted.

If an assignment is unavailable, ineffective, or incomplete, you grant WikiHere an exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, fully paid, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, modify, adapt, translate, combine, create derivative works from, publish, distribute, display, perform, communicate, commercialize, enforce, and otherwise exploit the contribution in any medium.

To the extent permitted by law, you waive and agree not to assert moral rights and similar rights. WikiHere may identify you by account name but is not required to display attribution on every use.

Your promises

• You created the original parts of the contribution or have authority to submit and license them.
• The contribution does not knowingly violate privacy, publicity, contractual, intellectual property, or other legal rights.
• The contribution is not malicious, deceptive, defamatory, unlawful, or submitted to manipulate community records.
• You have disclosed material restrictions, required attribution, and relevant conflicts of interest.

Review and removal

WikiHere may accept, edit, combine, reject, revert, retain, restrict, or remove a contribution. Rejection or deletion from public pages does not revoke rights already granted where retention is reasonably needed for history, security, dispute handling, backups, or legal compliance.

Contributor privileges may be limited or withdrawn under the Community Rules and Moderation and Appeals Policy.
